It took less than 1 hour to unload our truck, and finish packing the Cube. That included the administrative paperwork. I was surprised it was that quick.

The staff was so friendly and attentive to my specific needs. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell be more than I needed. I felt comfortable leaving my personal things at the facility. They even made sure to phone me to follow up with any other needs I might have.
The staff is so helpful. They supply everything you need to get started. Love this place!
The price was the main factor in choosing this storage, for me at least! The staff found a unit that would be better suited to what I was storing. Registration was a little long.
The grounds manager made me feel like she really cared about my needs. She was very attentive and always had a smile. She was very proffesional and friendly

Quick online referral with my AAA. They called to confirm and answer questions. Quick and easy to do the paperwork, get the codes and get in.
The staff was very helpful from the first time we came in just to get a quote, to actually helping us move our stuff in. They were also very nice.
The paperwork took a little while, but the guys were great so it really wasn't a problem. We had easy access to our unit. My only, only complaint is that there were no flat dollies evident for use to move our thing from the car to the unit. We didn't ask, so I don't know if they actually had any.
